Alexander Dillon, co-founder of GenCap Management in New York City, has been a transformative figure in the investment landscape since the firm's inception in 2021. In addition to his investment prowess, Dillon ventured into the culinary scene, co-founding the successful Olar Noso restaurant in Northvale, New Jersey, in 2021 alongside two childhood friends. His passion for innovation extends beyond business into philanthropy; he actively contributes to charities like the St. Francis Food Pantry and plans to launch his foundation.

Dillon's professional journey began with the founding of Blackbridge Investment Group (BIG) in 2011, where he has been instrumental in its growth as Chief Investment Officer. Under his leadership, BIG forged a notable agreement in December 2015 with Tautachrome, Inc., which included an investment commitment of up to $50 million over 36 months. BIG specializes in custom investment solutions across debt, equity, and real estate, catering to significant and OTC-listed companies. From May 2011 to May 2013, Dillon served as Vice President of Special Situations at MD Global Partners, LLC. This boutique firm provides advisory services on various investment types, including mergers and acquisitions and structured debt.

At GenCap Management, Dillon's expertise has steered the firm towards specializing in late-stage pre-IPO opportunities and managing global equity in both long and short positions. His core competencies include financial modeling, private equity, and diverse investment knowledge spanning tennis, watches, fashion, and automobiles. He continually identifies and supports entrepreneurs poised for significant growth, with a keen interest in pre-IPO opportunities.

Educationally, Dillon holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Economics, Chinese, and Finance from the University of Maryland. He was an active member of the university's Investment Club and club tennis during his tenure.

Born in New Jersey and an alumnus of Northern Valley Regional Demarest High School, Dillon lives in Closter, New Jersey, with his family. His interests include playing tennis, trading, and investing, which is a testament to his dynamic engagement with both his professional and personal life. He is fluent in English, Latin, Mandarin Chinese, and Spanish, which enhances his global business dealings.
