The music of Science of Defiance can be described as Electro-House-Hop-Dirty-Break-Rock. Deeply influenced by electronic music history with a strong love for new sounds, manipulated melodies and hard hitting beats. Focusing on the dance floor, Science of Defiance aims to get people dancing and shaking their ass while djing original tracks, ripping live guitar leads and synthesizer solos. His live show is ever evolving and you never know what he might bring to the stage. Maybe a Roland 808 synced to a Korg Monotribe or possibly a full sized organ along side a Moog Slim Phatty or a Korg MS-10. One thing is for sure, it will be high energy and a fresh vibe - the music of Science of Defiance truly defies conventions .

With a contagiously upbeat stage presence and a passion for anything music, Kelowna’s own Dr Brae is quickly making a name for himself. Braedan started off at a young age spinning house and trap in his bedroom and quickly flourished as a producer by being musically savvy and keeping a finger on the pulse of an ever changing music market.

Each mix Braedan brings to the table is filled with emotion, style, and of course bass. You can usually find him up late filled with inspiration for his next track. He has a distinct energetic sound that provokes passion in any listener. This is the new haushold name, Dr Brae
