Trying to organize here some pieces used to work from regular to altered state of consciousness, and back. Mainly organized within a period of ayahuasca, longs meditations and low tempo music listening practices. This way is certainly not the only way. This is a public exposition of personal work, incomplete and in progress. Each piece have been tested in context, added o removed. I'm not even sure how my own experience interact on the choices and if they can be considerate as universal. 
Some deep low slow rhythm with melodies may interacts on sleep (especially at night) and perturb heart rhythm, be aware of it. 
Have a good introspection.
