Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, Atlanta-based artist Sef has been shaping and sharpening his creative blade as a self-produced rapper since an early teen in the mid-2000s. Following his first mixtape release in 2010, he showed consistency in his work ethic through many projects and features. After college he began pursuing music full time, and since then he's built relationships on and off the scene to curate a niche following for a sound that stems from many hip-hop eras and styles as inspiration.

As a martial artist, Woolmangrundy is a skilled practitioner of various styles, including Boxing, Wing Chun, Choy Le Fut, Jeet Kune Do, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He is also a competitive karate athlete who has won awards in tournaments.
