4 minutes and 30 seconds uncut drone/flying shot of a Target department store, slowly going up and down and thru isles with a bunch of spooky "did i just see that" type crap going on and then at 2:15 the reveal that the frozen food section has become the largest bio-weapon on earth and somehow no one noticed. Then its just panning around it as crowds gather and look, not knowing what to do. And then at the end someone goes to say something, and as soon as they do the infection starts moving rapidly at everyone in the store.
