Thomas Finkbeiner is a Research Professor at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (Saudi Arabia) - affiliated with the Ali I. Al-Naimi Petroleum Engineering Research Center in the division of physical sciences and engineering. He holds a Ph.D. in geophysics and seismology from Stanford University.
