Canadian DJ, recording artist, label owner
and producer The One Russtafari has been flaunting his
talent world-wide for the past few years.
Although mostly known for ragga-jungle,
his styles vary from hip-hop, funk, breaks, dubstep, reggae and mash-up with a touch of turntabilisim.

The One Russtafari successfully launched
his career in Canada and was involved in
various different projects before leaving.
He played in a 9 piece funk band
“Margarita’s Calling” in St. John's. He also
performed many party rocking sets all
over Canada including "Snow Jam" as well
as showcasing at the "Junos“.

The One Russtafari also competed in the
2000 DMC World DJ Championship
Eliminations held in Ontario when he was
known as “DJ Eternal” and he was also the winner of Scope Magazine's "Best of St. John's" best DJ.

In addition, he was involved in group
projects including a down-tempo
collaboration called “Lurkers” and a ragga-jungle duo that went by the name
“Dreaded Youths”.
Dreaded Youths had two international
releases on Cook ‘N’ Curry Records under the Jungle X banner. These releases didn’t take long to sell out through markets in Canada, England, Eastern Europe and Japan.

While Russtafari’s passion is deeply rooted in the ragga-jungle genre, he has teamed up with DJ Evo to form RudeBwoy
SoundSystem which is an umbrella for both artists to operate under. It is a label that showcases many genres of music including hip-hop, funk, breaks, mash-ups, ragga and drum & bass. Russtafari’s first solo 12”, “Good Love/Suzzane” was released under the label RudeBwoy SoundSystem. This label represents diverse DJ styles that have rocked
dance floors all across Canada and France, Asia and it is now continuing it’s path in other areas of the world.

Russtafari relocated from Canada to Asia in 2008. His first destination was Seoul, Korea where he teamed up with Konkrete Jungle and was a mainstay resident DJ at all of the Konkrete Jungle events sharing the stage with many international acts such as Utah Jazz. His next move was to Tokyo, Japan where he was signed to a label in Japan and spent time producing his latest album which is due to be launched at the beginning of 2011. Shortly after, The One Russtafari moved to California where he was a resident DJ at one of San Diego’s hottest ocean side
clubs. He then left to continue touring
provincial Canada.

The One Russtafari has just arrived back in Seoul, South Korea after a busy 2 months in Barbados and London, England. He is getting ready to launch his new album which is due to hit record stores this year! The future looks to be a bright and busy for The One Russtafari with many productions and releases on the way. Whether he’s rocking a full on hip-hop set for the b-boys, a dancehall set for the dreads or Ragga-Jungle to the Konkrete Jungle massive, The One

Submorphics (Greg Axelrad) has made his name with soul-drenched, deep, emotive, nostalgic-yet-forward-thinking music. His productions display a fine-tuned signature sound with a distinct tone and melodic sensibility that has earned him admiration from fans, DJs and music lovers alike.

Releases like ‘Long Been Gone’ and ‘Higher Ground’ (Ft. T.R.A.C.) cemented him as one of the top soulful D&B artists in the 2010s, leading him to start releasing longer projects focusing on deeper emotional musical journeys with an emphasis on sonic detail. Tracks on Shogun Audio, Hospital, V Recordings, Metalheadz and Integral saw Submorphics demonstrating a unique take on soulful D&B, connecting the dots between his eclectic influences from Detroit and Chicago with UK Drum & Bass. 

Signing to The North Quarter in 2018, Submorphics released 5 larger projects on the coveted Dutch label to widespread acclaim. Joining the dots between soulful hip hop + D&B in his own trademark voice, the Detroit Haze EP and Kodak Dreams LP put a stamp on his longtime sound and vision with stunning effect - garnering love from both the D&B scene and larger beats scenes. 

Following this, 2021’s Newport Magnetic EP demonstrated a refined sound palette while still retaining his trademark deep melodics. Then in 2022 the Verona Highway EP showcased an even wider screen electronic vision and emotional range, honing in on a moodier Detroit-themed synthetic D&B sound. And in 2023 the script was completely flipped with the psychedelic guitars and hazy organic beauty of the Moonbeam Drive EP.

Later that year his darker Detroit influences returned with the popular Galattico EP on legendary 31 Records. 

And then with little warning Submorphics launched Rosebay Music - an imprint that has proved to be 1 of the standout labels in the soulful D&B realm. With a carefully A&R’ed release schedule, Rosebay tunes have received widespread support from across the board of the D&B scene. 

All this has lead to an active DJ schedule and Submorphics has travelled the globe playing his favourite soulful bangers and the best in modern D&B, engaging with fans young and old with his passionate take on the genre.

Will Miles is a classically trained producer/DJ from the U.S. who currently resides in Perth. The diversity in his production style is due to the vast musical influences he's been exposed to over the years. Miles acquired his love of Drum n' Bass from his friend Kjell Anderson(who is half of their production duo Style Control) back in 1994. This quickly led Miles into DJing the following year, and into Drum n' Bass produciton in 1998. He would then sign 10 tracks with Thermal Recordings in 2001. He also joined the production team NUCO and held a residency for three years called Information Technology. In that same period of time he was resident at Europa, in downtown Richmond. In 2004 he released a single on his own imprint Miles A. Head. He then remixed a track called Second Protector by Kjell, that debuted on DJ Bailey's show on the BBC Radio 1XTRA in the summer of 2005. DJ Fabio debuted his music on Radio 1 the following year, and released a single on his imprint Creative Source. He has releases on many labels including, Pushin' Wax, Sonorous, Mix n' Blend, Influenza, Innerground, Nemesis, Deep Soul Music, Horizons, Influenza LTD., Point Audio, Westbay Music, MAC II, Elm Imprint, and Haunted Audio under the alias Dubyah. Miles keeps a steady DJing schedule. Having played all over the U.S. and across the Atlantic, he has honed his craft and can move any crowd.
