Siafu (day 8)

L'escafandre és una combinació que permet a un astronauta evolucionar i respirar en el espai buit, amb dependència o independència del seu vehicle espacial però tot quedant a una pressió atmosfèrica interna constant. 

L'escafandre marca els nostres límits i ens dóna forma,ens suministra l'aire just per a respirar i ens manté vius unicament per donar raó al seu significat. Però...si un estri com aquest és capaç de protegir-nos de forces majors al mateix temps que ens permet observar l'univers i les seves panoràmiques, l'hauriem d'equipar per fer moltes més coses. Si tenim la capacitat de crear tecnologia per cobrir els nostres capricis i necessitats, hauriem de ser capaços de perpetrar la nostra identitat i tenir la llibertat per si es vol, poder mostrar amb orgull alló que som i ens sentim allà arreu on siguem; o us negarieu el gust de fer un bon glop de porró(per exemple) al contemplar una colisió entre galàxies? 

Escafandre és un acte de llibertat, gravat en directe i consumat per donar gust a qui l'interpreta i a qui el veu i l'escolta. 

Escafandre és un video-EP gravat en directe a la Cambra de Cal Minyonet el 25 d'abril de 2014.

These beats were crafted during glitches in the routine. Musical moments captured in between the ritual of survival. Despite the innate urge to be a responsible adult, there are moments when you have to say “fuck it” and just do what you feel.
