DJ, promoter, and producer, active in the electronic music scene since 2008. His passion for music started with club events and festivals like Creamfields, which inspired him to start collecting vinyl records as a teenager. Soon after, he began his DJ career, debuting at Wagon Club and MelinCafe in Wrocław.

Since then, his distinctive, carefully curated sets have been heard in iconic venues such as Das Lokal, BauBar, Kawiarnia Naukowa, Transformator, INQbator, Ciało, and Sala Gotycka. Mistic regularly appears at major festivals, including Egodrop, Konekt, LAS, and Uroczysko. His international performances include sets at Suicide Circus Berlin and CrossClub Prague.

As a promoter, he has organized numerous unique events, co-founding the collectives Breslau Techno and Dual Dimension, where he remains active to this day. He also co-managed a music studio on Wyspa Tamka, which was home to the former Breslau Techno label. Over the years, he has collaborated with many respected collectives and booking agencies, including [Punkt.], Deep In Progress, Solid Techno Kick, Deepersense, and Be Kolektive.

Mistic has shared the stage with renowned artists such as Xhin (Audio City 2013), Sam Paganini, Mark Broom, Sole, Kaufmann, Khalden Bess, Forest People, and many others.

Current Activities
Currently, Mistic is closely connected with Transformator club in Wrocław, where he co-hosts the Minimal Rave event series, focused on bringing Berlin-based DJs to the local scene. He is also actively involved in Uroczysko, one of Poland’s top festivals, where he plays a key role in event promotion.

As a DJ and promoter, Mistic’s work is highly versatile—he does not confine himself to a single style, instead exploring progressive house, techno, and tech-house. His sets are always crafted with precision and emotion, creating deep, hypnotic, and unpredictable narratives that take listeners on a musical journey.

Beyond his DJ career, he works as an Audio-Video Systems Engineer at A+V. He also holds formal music education, having graduated from the Wrocław School of Modern Music as a sound engineer and completed DJ training at DJShop.pl in 2015.

The cohesive array of depth charged devices that Anthony Linell has produced is formidable. From his opening statements as Abdulla Rashim on his early label of the same name, right through to his recent work that puts his aliases aside, there is a robust and rigorous intent that compounds the elemental strategies of techno's models to apprehend his singular vision.

Presiding over Stockholm's Northern Electronics label with Varg (Jonas Rönnberg), Linell dispenses with mechanisms of attention on all fronts. Marked by an indefatigable self-reliance, the label presents exactly what it means to display, and no more. Carving an idiosyncratic platform for his music is as great of a warning as there could be that Linell's leveraging little toward the benefit of the audience. By his measure, the familiarity and comfort of contemporary techno is stripped back to its rushing heart, the senses left tailgating the strobe in a fit of intuition over decision. The greater this is exposed the colder it gets, and its in these extremes that Linell's caustic rhythmic precision hits. Live, it comes off as a galvanizing strike from the outside; analysing the room as a DJ, it's a case of being pursued through the dark.

Just as the brevity of Linell's output in the eyes of techno is exalted as it is brought into focus, the background to this blurs as you start to decipher his other projects. Lundin Oil skirts the fringes of noise and experimental music, and in collaboration with Varg as Ulwhednar, this is perhaps even more pronounced.

Purposively ricocheting between the techno world and experimental electronic music, Linell forges a distinct passage that gathers the aesthetically uncompromising motifs and missions from across this spectrum. It's this combination and resolve that's brought Linell to the world's attention, however little that attention has been solicited.
