Although residing in the Inland Empire, Maui was originally born and raised in East Los Angeles, California in which all sorts of musical inspiration transpired, making an influential impact on his musical journey.

MauiiWauii has quickly began to learn the arts in mixing and producing tech house as his unique sound evolves throughout the underground house music scene. The music he brings to the dancefloor introduces heavy bass driven basslines, with elements ranging from the sounds of hip hop to alternative rock that tighten the sound together into something that creates a heavy atmosphere to groove to.
