"So I basically tore my whole world apart looking for these for the past 48 hours. I finally found em at about 5am last night in the middle of a random spindle full of CD's. I remember Adam burning copies for Shecky Green and I on a visit to LA. I can still hear him saying his classic quote "Aw man this set was wack... Why would you guys want this?" Oddly enough it was one of the first times he had recorded himself live in a club. The mixes are from June 2002 and it's him doing that thing he used to, all on Vinyl. The dope thing is that its the first 2 hrs of the night... So he gets pretty open with groovy shit for the first hour and it's perfect. This mix was hugely inspirational for me and basically changed my whole approach to commercial club gigs. Just listening to it made me a better DJ. Hope it works for y'all too. Even though 17 years have passed since the release of Queen Latifah's "U.N.I.T.Y.", not much has changed in the World. There's still much more work to be done and we'd like to use our voice to contribute when possible. So for our 2020 digital releases, proceeds will be donated to different community-based charities / social programs in Chicago.

This song will support the Chicago West Community Music Center whose mission is "to harness the creative potential of individuals through education and to inspire artistic and cultural expression in such a way that helps foster positive relationships across neighborhood lines."
