Here comes a musical gem from the Blackrose Studio: the great singer, multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, producer, dub engineer and soundman Prince Jamo on the riddim and vocals with a rootsman anthem, paired with an uplifting flute cut by none other than Don Fe and two ruff dubwise excursions. All transferred to 1/2inch tape and mastered with care by Star Delta and presented with an exceptional watercolor artwork by Chloé Bernal.

Here is a little 80s style selection from a Tuesday evening after teaching school all day. Tunes and a spliff or two is no better way to relax. I figured I had not posted a selection in quite a while so I hit record and here is what happened!! All vinyl recorded live, all vibes!! I start off with a little mid 80s almost digi era selection but end up going back and playing a little bit of everything in the roots variety!! Some rare 7s and 12s along with a single 10 inch acetate cut to Paula Clarke's University in a dubplate style. The rarities are accompanied by a few classic tunes to keep you singing along. I tried to keep it with the 80s rub a dub feel all the way though! Definitely worth checking out!

A year or two ago our friend Ista came round my dodgy flat in Edinburgh to hang out and maybe record some vocals. We were having a really nice chill and he was telling me about his life and i had this beat of mine playing, and it sounded kinda nice so i sort of hit record and he kinda just kept telling his story but in a more musical freestyle way, and so this is the rough dubplate that came from it. He's such a cool guy with positive vibes and i just like listening to him talk
