musical pressure - mixtape *roots vol. 4*

Here is a little session from a Saturday evening (2-23-19). First recording in the new sound room in my house. This one is an all OG 7" selection, it has a mix of the super rare to the more easy to find $10 tunes. To me its not about how much they cost, its about how and when you select and play the tunes, message music!! Give it a listen and enjoy!  Respect and blessings

Here is a little 80s style selection from a Tuesday evening after teaching school all day. Tunes and a spliff or two is no better way to relax. I figured I had not posted a selection in quite a while so I hit record and here is what happened!! All vinyl recorded live, all vibes!! I start off with a little mid 80s almost digi era selection but end up going back and playing a little bit of everything in the roots variety!! Some rare 7s and 12s along with a single 10 inch acetate cut to Paula Clarke's University in a dubplate style. The rarities are accompanied by a few classic tunes to keep you singing along. I tried to keep it with the 80s rub a dub feel all the way though! Definitely worth checking out!
