My new album Glue Moon is finally being loosed upon the world on the 2nd of November, and I thank you for your patience! I also want to thank all the genies, daemons and muses hiding in the walls, waiting to inspire us.
 
I'm so proud of Glue Moon. I hope you enjoy hearing it as much as we enjoyed making it.
 
The songs on the album are written with a specific place in mind, 'Glue Moon'. It takes place in the wee hours, in the woods, by a lake, under a big pale duck egg blue/green moon.
 
Glue Moon is a positive farewell to things you can’t control. It's about letting things happen organically.

Ole Molin var i en årrække en af Danmarks store jazzguitarister. Han spillede i DR Big Band, på Montmartre og modtog i 1980 Ben Webster-prisen. Privat dannede han par med skuespillerinden Lily Broberg. Det hele gik så godt, og pludselig var han væk. Rygtet lød, at han ikke ville spille mere, og med tiden stoppede folk med at ringe til ham. Men rygtet passede ikke. Ole Molin ville gerne spille. De manglende spillejobs betød, at han i stedet endte som hjemløs i Københavns gader. Siden søgte han tilflugt på Langeland. Musikken var et overstået kapitel, indtil en uventet gestus fra en tidligere kollega fik ham i gang igen. Det her er historien om, hvordan man på få år går fra toppen af den danske musikscene til bunden af det danske samfund. Men det er også en historie om at holde fast på sig selv, selvom det havde været nemmere at give slip. Tilrettelæggelse: Mikkel Hartmann-Petersen.
