British producer Nu Aspect is an artist we’ve been championing for a long time over here at Selected. Debuting on our YouTube channel back in March 2017 with the huge deep house anthem Things I Said, we’ve been fortunate enough to welcome back the über-talented producer time and time again for a growing catalogue of hits including Light, Said To You, What’s In My Head, Run Deep, Afterlife, Sleepless and Something Real. 

Taking heavy inspiration from artists such as Gorgon City, Tchami and Chris Lorenzo, Nu Aspect has spent the last few years really honing his sound, and now boasts a staggering 2+ million monthly listeners on Spotify alone. 

Riding a wave of success off the back of his most recent single Strings Attached the Bristol-based artist now looks to continue his prolific run of form, with the release of his latest juggernaut single Words. 

A deep, melodic house offering full of attitude and beaming with atmospheric flair, Words is everything we could have hoped for and more from the in-form producer, who deliver expert production techniques, ethereal soundscapes and elegant vocals across a stunning three-and-a-half minute record.

With an instantly recognisable signature sound that fuses hard hitting basslines with euphoric top lines, Toronto-based producer DLMT has left an indelible mark on the house music scene over the past few years. Two-man production outfit HotLap — or Chris Mears and Joris Mur as they’re better known to their friends — have been making serious waves on the scene since their debut release last year. The amalgamation of two musical masterminds exploring a creative journey through their collective love of house and electronic music, the in-demand duo fuses distinctive production values and soundscapes with infectious vocal hooks to create irresistible floor-fillers for clubs and festivals alike.

Having built an impressive international following off the back of their first two Selected. outings with 'You & I' and ‘HighLife', Chris and Joris now return to the fore, as they unveil their third outing on the label with ’Set You Free’. Returning to our label for his latest offering, the prolific London-based producer now presents Bloom Again. 

A mesmerising blend of deep house and emotive vocal electronica, Bloom Again sees NuAspect enlist the vocal expertise of British singer-songwriter Julia Church, who delivers an exquisite top line to accompany Nu Aspect’s sublime instrumental.
