Two-man production outfit HotLap — or Chris Mears and Joris Mur as they’re better known to their friends — have been making serious waves on the scene since their debut release last year. The amalgamation of two musical masterminds exploring a creative journey through their collective love of house and electronic music, the in-demand duo fuses distinctive production values and soundscapes with infectious vocal hooks to create irresistible floor-fillers for clubs and festivals alike.

Having built an impressive international following off the back of their first two Selected. outings with 'You & I' and ‘HighLife', Chris and Joris now return to the fore, as they unveil their third outing on the label with ’Set You Free’. Linking with up-and-coming Bedfordshire-based artist Doody, who is enjoying some early career success having lent his vocal expertise to MEARSY’s pop-leaning single ‘Ready To Go’ earlier this year, ’Set You Free’ sees the three talented musicians combine in perfect accord to drop a rousing deep house anthem that’ll leave you wanting more.
