Following the success of his first two outings on Selected. with ‘Change of Heart’ (together with SOMMA & Louise Harris) in 2021 and ‘Honesty’ (with Able Faces & Callum George) in 2023, high-flying German DJ and producer Paul Schulze (@paulschulzemusic) is back in the saddle for his latest release on our label, as he unveils his brand new collaborative cut ‘No Way Out’.

Out now, the stunning new single sees Paul Schulze join forces with Scottish singer-songwriter Aaron Smith – or sadHAPPY as he’s more commonly known in musical circles – who has enjoyed early tastemaker support from the likes of BBC Radio 1, Apple Music, NME, CLASH and Wonderland following a string of singles including ‘Better Everyday’, ‘You’ and ‘America’, as well as an opening slot for Ellie Goulding on her 2023 world tour. Inspired by the juxtaposition of life’s highs and lows, sadHAPPY’s emotive vocals serve as a reminder to embrace both while working towards becoming the best version of yourself, whilst Paul Schulze’s deep and driving instrumental delivers something worthy for dance floors worldwide.
