Some tracks just stick with you — and Paul Walter has a knack for making them.

In 2019, I moved to Mannheim briefly and quickly immersed myself in its rich underground scene. One night, deep in the depths of an after-hours at the legendary Boeck, a hypnotic 12-minute minimal gem stopped me in my tracks. As Sedee played to a dedicated few, an unreleased masterpiece filled the room. It was so damn soothing for that early morning. I moved closer to the deck, poured another gin tonic for courage, and asked Dave for the track ID. It was an unreleased Paul Walter track, a producer I didn't know back then.

The track finally saw the light of day in 2023, released on the Austrian label Do Easy Records. 

@paulwalter is such a fantastic artist—I regularly check his Instagram to see what he's cooking.
