Leoni’s A new single “Rewind” from Deep Soul Records, a fusion of deep emotions and rhythm

 Oslo-based DJ and producer Leoni is one of the names bringing her love for music to international stages. With a heritage rooted in Greece, she began with piano training and gained experience in rock and new wave scenes, building a rich foundation. Starting with live performances and studio work with Oxid8, she was driven to explore different electronic genres, and by the 2000s she had established a solid position in the electronic music scene.

 Taking a step toward becoming a current standout, Leoni is preparing to release her new single Rewind on the Deep Soul Records label. Rewind features a special touch where the energy of rhythm keeps the emotional backbone balanced, building a vibrant atmosphere. Deep melodies, layered basslines, and delicate synth textures, combined with Leoni’s live energy, pull listeners from the dance floor to a seat, while inviting them on an inward journey. Leoni’s impactful live performance energy and the distinctive sound born from studio experience give this track its character.

With the collaboration of DMC Hellas, the group Leoni works with, the release promises to reflect the dynamic and lively feel you’d expect in performance. Trilucid teamed up with Brett Gould to release The Purpose in August 2025 — a progressive house bomb dropped via the peerless Global Underground. The track picked up support from a wide range of tastemakers including Guy J, Sven Väth, Quivver, Paul Thomas, Sister Bliss, Nick Muir, Braxton and many more.
Following the original release, Trilucid returned to the project with a darker, more underground interpretation. The result is The Purpose (Drum Dub), a moody, rolling, techno-infused rework featuring huge Zimmer-inspired stabs in the breakdown, providing a distinctive and cinematic take that pushes the track into deeper territory.
