JaeWon (born Jimmy Skoog) of Norrtälje, Sweden, has made a name for himself by touring and actively releasing high quality music and consistently communicating with his growing fanbase on the internet. Influenced by rappers like Jay-Z, Tupac and Eminem, as well as singers like John Mayer, JaeWon started working with Swedish singer/songwriter Peter Krafft and created a recognizable sound blending rap and singing in a seamless way.

Recorded over the course of a year, his new album "Hometown Hero" tells the story of a young man who is at the brink of becoming who he is supposed to be.

The album was produced by the likes of Alex Isaak and E.Dan and Big Jerm of ID Labs (the team behind success stories like Wiz Khalifa and Mac Miller).
