Pronounced Kaa-RrrEEN (hard K, roll the R)

Armenian-American vocalist, songwriter, videographer and composer/producer KÁRYYN is a qauntum spiritual time traveler.

Following a prolific period of inward healing and creating, she readies her Calm KAOSS! EP, a work created in partnership with British record producer James Ford. The project sees KÁRYYN commune with her past, present and future selves, traveling through time to reveal transformative premonitions from the future in scientific and spiritual language.

Her debut release The QUANTA Series saw her unpack and explode her past to dizzying effect. The press dubbed her “a sonic architect” (Dazed); “an electronic adventurer” (FACT) who “makes music as a way of travel, moving through memories with sound” (CLOT Magazine). In the album’s Pitchfork review,Sasha Geffen wrote: “Death hangs heavy over the record, but in its shadow, KÁRYYN projects herself into the future.” 

With the upcoming Calm KAOSS! EP, she offers three tracks: the first offering- a plea to recognizing personal strength, wholeness, resolve, and singular consciousness through the lens of Sumerian Myth and Vedic philosophy (‘the REAL’).

We are an Irish-based, voluntary-led collective committed to promoting and publicising the creative work of female musicians.

SELK, are the alt-folk ensemble spearheaded by lead vocalist/songwriter Anna Jordan. Album ‘Shed The Skin’, released in June 2023 is SELK's most personal and accomplished work to date. The record moves is a stunning showcase of SELK’s unique style and talent, as it moves between full band intricate arrangements, to minimal evocative pieces stripping the sound back to it’s bare bones featuring only Anna on piano/guitar/loops with strings, or bass.

Their sound weaves between genres, drawing on jazz, classical, electronica, avant-folk, ambient rock, classical and more. SELK’s otherworldly sound juxtaposes Jordan’s stark, emotionally raw lyrics and hypnotic acoustic with percussive grooves from Cassidy and the band.

The group’s expanded line-up, now also featuring Barry Brady on guitar and Dave Redmond on bass, has added a powerful rhythm section that has transformed their sound since their debut album ‘Beast’, which was recorded as a duo (Anna Jordan and Dennis Cassidy). The album also features stunning string arrangements performed by cellist Kate Ellis and violinist Cora Venus Lunny (Crash Ensemble) scored by Judith Ring.
