Sound, Heterogeneous Art and Performance in Europe.

Brought into existence by The Archivist aka Daniel van Nes (the Netherlands, 1972), SellFable is an interdisciplinary artistic universe where boundaries between digitality and humanity get blurred. 

Inspired by biotechnological developments and science fiction, SellFable is inhabited by automated beings looking for a human soul. Ranging from Lost Mechanic Orphans to System Bugs, these characters are documented by The Archivist as evidence of SellFable visiting our mundane world.

Hania Rani is a pianist, composer and musician who splits her life between Warsaw, where she makes her home, and Berlin where she studied and often works. She has written for strings, piano, voice and electronics and has collaborated with the likes of Christian Löffler, Dobrawa Czocher and Hior Chronik. Her compositions for solo piano were born out of a fascination with the piano as an instrument, and her desire to interpret its sound and harmonic possibilities in their entirety and in her own way.

At ESNS she will showcase the new tracks in her recently developed immersive light-art installation dubbed B.A.B.Y. (Bionic Assistant for Becoming Yourself) that she controls with live body and hand movements through motion capture technology.
