Argie, an Amsterdam-based live artist and DJ driven by an uncompromising dedication to the underground community.

His work embodies a collective journey. Founder of SUBEQ Music, he has spent recent years supporting emerging artists and helping them carve their own identity. His path further evolved through his residency with YPNOTIKA, where he channels his vision into deep percussive rhythms, often delivered with long live acts and hybrid performances and also as a DJ. In 2023, his curiosity and versatility led him to study at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, refining both his technique and creative mindset.

Each of us plays our own game, on our own field, shaped by presence, not by pressure. There’s no scoreboard in creation. Only truth, and the courage to let it flow through us. The more I let go of comparing, the more I connect. The more I stop forcing, the more things start to move on their own. We’re all contributing to the same pulse - this living, breathing thing we call culture. And maybe that’s what it’s really about: being, not chasing. Creating,
not competing. Just being the art itself.
