More than just a comeback single - the track is a statement of intent for Pillars and emerged from a period of self-doubt and creative rebirth. “I was fully ready to quit music,” Garratt admits. “But Catherine Wheel became my true north - it reignited my love for creating and set the tone for the entire album.”

Mike Iron started out in Leicester UK where he has various musical talents,as a part of a musical family,  I started piano lessons with the late great Ska master Lorenzo (laurel ) Aitken .I purchased a Amiga 500 with a cartridge sampler (haha) to start making beats. I left the music production to my younger Brother "The DUBCHILD" who took it further making Garage hiphop house and dubstep and working with various artists (check out D.P.R records for Dubchild) 

After 10 years I decided to get back into the production, still learning and still need new equipment in order to bring out my style more. Saving up to get a more powerful PC and better monitor speakers. 

So WATCH THIS SPACE !!!!!!! I aint playin ! lol  

I mainly produce hiphop.
