For those who were asking what the mysterious mix that was put on after the DJs stopped playing outside at the Life and Death party in Art Basel, here it is. A mellow trip prepared by Greg from Thugfucker and presented here as a little thank you from all of us at Life and Death. 

It's been an amazing year and we're so very appreciative of all the support we've gotten as we've adventured forwards on this incredible musical trip together. We've got lots of exciting things planned for the year ahead (and beyond!) and we look forward to continuing together on this ride wherever it takes us.

Following our good friend Lee Burridge past the sunset and well into the day as sandstorms whipped past us in the background we stood amongst friends and strangers (who are just friends we’ve yet to meet) and we danced and celebrated together, participating in the beauty of a shared moment that can only be held in our memories as a mere shadow of what we truly experienced… What an honor to be part of it all. A big thank you to everyone who helped make that moment happen.

The album is called "Reflections of nothingness" and will be released on Mule Musiq in the end of October. To honour the release of that album I made a mix with some ambient music, inspired by the autumn that is coming here in Sweden.

In the last two to three years @Olivier-Weiter has grown from an obscure DJ into an established name in the Amsterdam scene. With his dream-woven sets characterised by Olivier's brand of accessible deep techno, he has hypnotising many a dancefloor in and outside the Netherlands. Because he is also a welcomed guest in Germany, where he has brought his sessions to clubs such as Wilde Renate, Kater Holzig, Watergate and Loft Club. 

On the production side things are coming along now as well, with his brand new upcoming EP on Einmusika: 'Takkie', due this November.

This was my 3rd year at Burning Man, and hands down my favorite year to date. Playing the Robot Heart bus is a spiritual experience, and I really tried to make my musical selection this year tell a story and inspire people. No where on earth are you able to feel selflessness as you do at Burning Man.  Another year of having the honors of playing Robot Heart, I'm reminded of this. German duo Superlounge have been producing music together since teaming up in 2006, they have been exploring the sounds of raw minimalism, house structures and liquid smooth ambiance whilst tapping in to their sound of deep and driving House music. The Düsseldorf based partnership are currently building a repuatation as the pair to watch having released on some of Europes finest labels such as Noir, Supernature, Soulfooled and Systematic.
