this is underswitch live, the reboot of my first au i made back in 2016, wcp!underswitch (called underswitch until i realized how unoriginal that name was). it's a roleswap au that never had its rolelist properly finished, with alphys and undyne not being decided. the roles are napstablook swapping with sans, mettaton swapping with papyrus, chara swapping with toriel, and asriel swapping with asgore. as for the roles i didn't work out before, i'll work on it.

chara takes the role of toriel here. they don't outright hate all humans, but they're very cautious of you. so instead of a caretaker, they're more just monitoring you to make sure you don't get up to anything bad. (like murder!) also, they do relate to your whole fallen underground situation, considering the same happened to them, so that's why the name is what it is.
