Joey Anderson has always released great music keeping the essence of what he has built with his sound and style, deep rhythms with hypnotic feeling. 
Extended catalogue of releases in some of the best underground labels like Syncrophone Recordings, Levon Vincent & Anthony Parasole’s Deconstruct Music, and of course, his own label Inimeg Recordings, to mention a few.

	As a DJ, Joey has been touring at festivals and clubs all over the world, being as well a very often special guest at the dutch festival Dekmantel, where, as you might imagine, he has released music as well.

A LOT of dj's and producers in S.A and a lot of talents but as always the special connections are not everyday... I'm glad Life Notes found some support there thanks to a few special and like minded dj's with an open mind. Troy is one of those real guys, and he has been dropping a few dope mixes online over the years, often playing LN and LR stuff and sometimes a more techno stuff than what we hear most of times from S.A dj's  and each time i've been  hooked by the deepness and selection. Whodat is lusciously spreading a timeless spirit of house music and she is serene while going down new roads in dance music. She knows deep house as form of transcendence when spinning in the Downtown synagogue Detroit at regular intervals. Her dj appearances are in Detroit's Marble Bar, The Temple Bar or Motor City Wine rotating with Japan, Canada and Germany. Her guaranty is to offer a safe space for the people who come to see her to just be. In Germany Whodat has created familiar atmosphere when bringing close ones from Detroit with her, as the 18 year old Kyle Hall to Cologne for his Europe premiere. Her work was released on the labels Uzuri Recordings, Viola Klein and Meakusma.

'Sporadic, wild and free he has never been one to be tamed, placed in a box and told how to play. From his youthful days spent painting the mean streets of London through to his acid laden take on old school club music he has amassed a reputation as one of the best in Britain' (Ransom Note 2018).

Fetish clubs and festivals; dark basements and back rooms; disco pubs and super-clubs. Richard has done it all, globally. His authenticity, experience and 30 year history in dance music map out a unique story.

Richard began DJing in 1989 with a residency at the infamous Crazy Club at Busbys and The Astoria (London). Ecstasy, acid house and frequent trips to New York, visiting his heroes at Nu Groove and Strictly Rhythm and searching for Chicago obscurities and Loft classics, provided the catalyst for Richard's dance music addiction. In 1993, Sen began working as a music buyer at the iconic London second-hand record shop, Music and Video Exchange. Since then he has amassed a vast collection and is recognised as an elder statesman, an educator and one of the leading experts of dance music in the world.

Richard's genre-fluid selection seamlessly flows back and forth between: old and new; dark and light; retro and futuristic disco, Italo, wonky house, electro, breakbeat and deep techno.

Sen has played all over the world in the past 30 years, including legendary clubs such as Sabresonic, Blood Sugar and Haywire (Andrew Weatherall’s club nights during the 90s and 2000s), Sign of the Times (UK 90s), Heavenly Social (UK 90s), Fabric (London), Sub Club (Glasgow), Robert Johnson (Germany), Air (Tokyo), D-Edge (Sao Paulo) and Cielo (NYC), and festivals including, Creamfields (UK), The Big Chill (UK), Pukkelpop (Belgium), 10 Days Off (Belgium) and Vibes on a Summer's Day (Australia).

Sen turned his talents to music production and recording in 1997. He has released more recently under his own name and under the guises of Bronx Dogs (1997-2003) and Padded Cell (2005-2012). He has released singles on his own label, Darkness Is Your Candle and for like-minded labels, Klasse Wrecks, Emotional Especial and Public Release. Sen's remix and production work have included respected artists such as: Bryan Ferry, John Grant, Unloved (David Holmes' band), LCD Soundsystem, Saint Etienne and The Jungle Brothers. Padded Cell's 'Signal Failure' single was also chosen by Francois Kevorkian to be used in the biggest selling video game of all time - Grand Theft Auto 4. Their music was also used in the U.S. HBO comedy show Eastbound and Down. In 2012, Richard released a compilation, This Ain't Chicago on Strut Records. This was a ground-breaking selection of obscure, early UK house music, widely regarded as the first retrospective of its kind. The promo video was listed in Beatport's top ten house documentaries of all time.

Richard remains passionate yet professional with impeccable taste. He currently has a bi-monthly radio show for Charlie Bones' station, Do!! You!!! (www.doyou.world) which allows him to narrate his history, explore his vast collection and introduce his eclectic taste to a new generation. 

Still a fan at heart, his favourite DJs who have inspired him, who he has gained support and respect from, and who have played his music include: David Mancuso, DJ Harvey, Andrew Weatherall and 'Evil' Eddie Richards.
