Acell is an artist, DJ from Kazakhstan, Almaty. Team member of the techno club bULt, which is a safe space for the local queer community. bULt comprehends topics such as traditions and rituals, decolonial optics, queer feminism, and its place and role in the reality of Central Asia. 

Acell is the co-author of the generative music concert “Music of Fulfillment 41”, realized in collaboration with the contemporary music ensemble “EEGERU”.
