Patronus Records proudly presents: Whispering Fauna Volume Two. Once again we joined forces to seek out and select sounds for a new generation of psychedelic trance.

Here we go. The fauna is whispering again. In fact, she never stopped. Returning from their long journeys into uncharted territories, our travellers captured the weirdest and strangest creatures from the undergrowth. They listened for the essence of their voices, had to go through a lengthy process of examination of their behavior, telegraphing their language and deciphering their encrypted communication to unveil their lost knowledge. They speak of many secrets, some are of the forest, some of the smell of night, some of glittering snowy plains, some of ancient arcane knowledge and some twisting the very fabric of our understanding of the world. Once you taste these sounds, they will haunt you. Once you're in, it's too late to escape the grasp of this mysterious sonic language. Listen and you will know what is meant by this.

2021 brings us our 10th episode of our “ELEMENTS” series, featuring a relatively new project from Mexico, ACTIVE FORMS. Although the project is new, the minds behind it have been making music for some time. Breathead (15 years) + Noise Wares (4 years) = ACTIVE FORMS (2 years)
They have created a very unique sound with this project with inspirations from twilight, forest and ofcourse mind altering psychedelics.

Active Forms are Vicente Marin (a.k.a Breathead) and Ismael Rodríguez (a.k.a Noise Wares) from the state of Guanajuato and where the project was also born. These 2 psychonauts and artists combine their talents to give life to the Active Forms project, becoming a reference in the Mexican psy scene in their state. They have collaborated with great artists in their productions and so far they have appeared in some of the most recognized Psytrance festivals at the national level such as: Ocelotl Festival, Psycristrance, and Tierra Mágica 5. They have made releases in several international labels such as: PsynOpticz Records , Purple Hexagon Records, and Digital Shamans Records to name a few.
