With lyrics inspired by the likes of Daughter and London Grammar, and music influenced by Massive Attack, KAYTRANADA, BADBADNOTGOOD, and Charlotte Day Wilson, sit back anf enjoy a new blend of Soul and RnB with Bristol's next up and coming artist.

Exploring the sprawling depths of electronic music, MAGi (Maj-Eye) seeks to combine dark textures and broken sounds with soulful melodies whilst striving to push the boundaries of modern production techniques. 

Primarily educated in producing Drum & Bass, MAGi has been broadening his horizons with takes on Garage, Jungle, Dubstep and even ambient works. Hailing from South Wales, UK and being influenced by the underground sounds of Bristol & London, MAGi's distinct style is continuing to develop and shift.

Being a producer from the massively creative city called Bristol, he brings an atmospheric and ambient expansion to his music. 

When experimenting with space and sound design he gained a lot of inspiration from genres like drum and bass. 

Despite of this, he also likes to explore the ambient side with his music inspired by artists like Burial and Sorrow with a dystopian aesthetic.

A place where musicians, producers, sound engineers, programmers and digital creatives come together to challenge convention and break new boundaries. Bringing together a variety of sound and digital technology specialisms across the arts and sciences, we pioneer education and research that makes society a better place.
