 Is the kind of track that doesn’t ask for your attention—it takes it, tightens the grip, and then dares you to look away.

Written, composed, and produced by Kelly Hector, it lands in that sweet spot between industrial-leaning techno and dark, cinematic club music—the stuff that sounds like neon lights buzzing over wet asphalt. From the jump, you’re in a driving pocket that feels club-ready and unapologetically loud, with a pulse that keeps pushing forward rather than politely looping. 


The low end is big, controlled, and intentionally blunt: it’s built to move bodies, not to be background wallpaper.



What really sells it is the attitude. 


There’s a cold, suspicious energy to the arrangement—like the track is constantly hinting that something’s not right, and you’re meant to feel it in your chest before you can explain it in words.


 The production leans into sharp edges, tension-building layers, and pressure-release moments, with breakdowns that don’t “calm things down” so much as reload the clip. 


It’s a confident structure: you get stretches of relentless momentum, then those darker dips where the atmosphere thickens and the next hit feels inevitable.


If you’re into artists like Boston 168 (that dystopian warehouse hypnosis), Gesaffelstein (cold electro-industrial swagger), or the harder end of Paula Temple / Rebekah (punishing, high-intent techno), you’ll recognise the lane—except Kelly’s got a slightly more narrative, cinematic way of stacking sounds.


 It feels less like a DJ tool designed in a lab, and more like a track with a point of view: paranoid, wired, and strangely addictive.


Who is it for? Late-night ravers, headphone listeners who like their electronic music menacing, and anyone building playlists around cyberpunk, dark techno, industrial rave, or underground warehouse sets.

Currently based in Dubai, the Indian artist has been a fixture of the electronic underground for over a decade. Finding a place in the trancier leanings of progressive music, Ninesh has a discography that includes releases on Alexey Sonar's "Intricate" as well as the famed LA-based imprint "Silk Music" .His earlier work was heavily supported by Jaytech, Markus Schulz, Max Graham & many more.

Ninesh Babu produces a unique melodic techno sound infused with ethnic elements. His current evolution in sound lead him to have releases on Framewerk's "Capital Heaven" and D-Formation's "BeatFreak Limited" .Ninesh is slowly but surely cementing his new style and sound in the music scene.

His remix for Kostya Outta was in the Beatport Progressive House Top 100 Chart and is continuing to get accumulated support worldwide. He had massive support from Tim Penner,John OO Fleming for his latest remix for Greg Tomaz which was released on Praveen Achary’s Label Juice Box .The remix also reached the Beatport Progressive House Top 100 Charts.

Dystopian Desert is the first studio album from Lisbon’s very own DJ and producer Madd Rod, released on 31 July 2020 by his imprint Inner Shah Recordings. Part a tribute to his roots, part a promise for the future: the album is the product of years of growth and appears as a solid approach to what some could call “Desert House”.
After years developing his sound, the artist sets a statement in this adventure as a storyteller, exploring different melodies in the Arabic scale in a gamut of ambient and club-ready tracks inspired by arid landscapes. Rod expertly makes use of live guitar jams recorded by Azul (Duarte Igreja) to add a real element to the otherwise fully electronic compositions, adding a twist to the Melodic House and Techno the artist had released previously. To add to the uniqueness of the 12-track album, the artist challenged the talented Rita Morais to oil paint her vision of the album on a square canvas that ended up as the artwork to this eclectic, mystic and exotic sound experience.
