We, the crew at the Hive Audio label offices, are pretty much certain that absolutely nothing rolled out as planned for anyone around the globe this year and that there hasn't been much time or opportunity for celebration for anyone out there in the electronic music community or beyond either – even though we had different things in mind, especially in regards of our 10 years anniversary as a label which we already heralded with the quadruple EP series „The First Ten Years“ rolled out equally through Hive Audio and its recently launched offspring Hive Audio Dark earlier this year.

Istanbul-based DJ and Producer Serenay Alkan has been creating and performing electronic music since 2016, keeping a primary focus on indie dance, house and melodic techno,  while blending a variety of styles within the universal language of dance music, showcasing her versatility through her production, mixing, and live performances.
Having spent many years performing at major events, live shows, many concerts and festivals across Turkey with prominent names of electronic music such as Ame,  Goom Gum, Hidden Enpire, Stavroz, Bondi, Christian Löffler, WhoMadeWho, Oscar and the Wolf, Sofi Tucker, Henry Saiz, Drume Stone, Giorgia Anguili, Aaryon, Teho, Hyenah, Finne Bassen, Animal Picnic, Red Axes, Township Rebellion, Unders, Agnets of Time, Drume Stone, Boho Jaw, Lunar Plane, FNX Omar, Andereas Moles, Babetta and Miamend. In addition to her live performances, Serenay broadcasts her music every Sunday on Radio2019, Turkey’s first electronic music radio station, continuing to make her mark on the country’s electronic music scene.
