NNCT Neon City aka Hector Javier, Dj and producer, born in Mexico City in 1986 began to develop a taste for electronic music since childhood, thanks to lounge music of radio shows before a radio station and distinguished by music artists as Depeche Mode, Chemical Brothers, Paul Oakenfold, Technotronic, Daft Punk, among many others.
