Born in Rochester NY on 02/16/89 was the blessed young man that now goes by the name MC Ron G: The Roc City Hero. While rapping for the world there always seemed to be something missing, yet when he gave his life to the Lord the Vision began to be realized. The name MC Ron G was no longer a mere stage name but a statement! "Magnifying Christ Ron's Gift." In 2008 God blessed him with the means to start the record label Vision Productions. He released his 1st album "P.O.E. Power Over Everything," in 2012, after a series of mixtapes. In 2016 he was licensed to preach the Gospel as a Youth Minister. While gearing up for the release of his two new albums "HERO" and "In The Potter's Hand," he is currently building his latest branch of ministry and fitness properly titled "HeroLife." With the aid of the Holy Spirit, he will continue to record timeless music with unlimited ideas, provided by Jesus that will motivate, and encourage God's People.

Known for his passionate lyrics, Good son is a true “Bridge artist” that wears multiple hats. Good Son bridges those musical, cultural, age, and religious barriers that seem to stifle a lot of artists. Aside from being a rapper, Good Son’s background includes experience as a worship leader and an effective teacher. Those elements seem to mesh together and spill over into his music.

Good Son embodies the term “Heart on your sleeve” in that he writes songs that are transparent and heart felt. With that passion Good Son sites many influences that helped to shape him into a well-rounded artist. One being his partner in rhyme and collaborator Emazin’ they seem to compliment and sharpen each other so much so that as a Duo they released three albums to date and since 2005 have performed 50 to 100 shows a year from the Detroit to New York, Atlanta to Cleveland, OH and many places in between. As part of the group Emazin’ & Good Son, Good Son has shared the stage with some of Gospel music’s biggest names, his biggest milestone to date was opening for Motown superstar Kem in their hometown of Detroit in front of more than Four Thousand people.

Not one to shy away from a challenge Good Son has embarked on his first solo project entitled “Heart Service.” With the blessing of his partner Emazin’ Good Son has crafted 13 songs that can be broken up in two parts, A desire to know the heart of God, And a glimpse into the feeble heart of man. Heart Service is served up with tracks from some of the most recognized names in Christian Rap and Gospel Music such as K-drama, and Grammy nominated Marv 4 Mo beats, Darell “Red” Campbell, Mike Bowdre just to name a few. Heart Service is an emotional roller coaster of diverse music that will prove to be thought provoking, Humorous and at times even controversial.
