DAVID PHOENIX is the alias of Hungarian DJ & Producer David Janecska, an artist whose career within electronic music spans two decades and a multitude of genres. In 2003, David began to make his first forays into music production, experimenting with a variety of styles that drew influence from the blistering sounds of breakbeat and techno that were popular at the time. From here, he followed his love of broken beat rhythms to the Drum & Bass scene, quickly becoming an avid collector of the genre’s musical history and developing an exacting ear for the qualities that make for a unique and impactful record while doing so.
Beginning in 2017, David redoubled his pursuit of music production. In doing so, he drew on his formative influence of techno, combined it with the mindbending sound design of neuro & psy, and distilled these elements down to their most minimal forms. The results speak for themselves, with David’s productions presenting sleek, steady, and driving grooves perfectly produced for the dancefloor. In continuing on this new path, he began to DJ under his DAVID PHOENIX alias in 2019 and released his debut EP “Cybercrime” on Dense Audio in 2020. Fast forward three years and DAVID PHOENIX has become one of the fastest-growing names in the minimal techno world with numerous releases on many of the genre’s most respected labels, including Music4Aliens, Subios, Techgnosis Records, and more. DAVID PHOENIX’s releases repeatedly chart amongst Beatport’s “Top 100” most popular tracks, and have carried him to stages worldwide from his native Hungary to Mexico, India, Saudi Arabia, and beyond. In 2023, DAVID PHOENIX has capitalized on these successes with the launch of his VISION SERPENT imprint, a record label that stands out with its unique concept and delivers quality minimal and psytech releases. JAKO & ANGI are two siblings based in south Germany.
Both have been hanging out in techno clubs of the scene for years.
Fascinated and driven by the music and its diversity,
the two quickly realized that they belong behind the decks themselves.

As members of the bavarian techno label Sick'N'Raw, they have 
already played at many events, including various festivals
such as Freiluft Festival or Farniente Festival.

The kind of music they play is not easy to describe,
because its a mix of different styles.
But its definitely dark, minimalistic and energetic techno.

Ich bin Angelique, 28 Jahre alt und wurde in der pulsierenden Hauptstadt Berlin geboren. Meine Leidenschaft für Techno wurde im Club Sisyphos entfacht, wo ich erstmals in die Welt des Peak-Time-Techno eintauchte. Seit 2021 habe ich eine besondere Hingabe zu Peak-Time-Techno entwickelt und dieser Stil prägt seither meine Sets. 

Ich spiele treibende Tracks, die sich zu kraftvollen und energiegeladenen Sounds entwickeln und so die Zuhörer mitreißen. Meine gesamte Begeisterung und Inspiration spiegelt sich in all meinen Mixen wieder. Ich liebe es meine Zuhörer auf eine musikalische Reise mitzunehmen die sie in die Welt des Peak Time Techno eintauchen lässt.

Mein größtes Ziel ist es durch meine Musik Emotionen zu vermitteln und eine Verbindung zwischen den Menschen herzustellen.

As a collective, label and organizer, Serotonin Music (formerly Serotonin) has been present in Cologne since 2020.
Founded by Niclas Engelken and Andrej Kovgan, the project has stood for constant development, musical diversity and lovely people in teamwork who recognize electronic music as the highest form of art.
As part of its own music label, Serotonin Music creates an inspiring space in which artists can present their music and personality in an authentic way. The two-week podcasts not only provide a stage for talented musicians, but also enable listeners to discover the people behind the art and get to know their stories. After numerous events (especially Klub Domhof, Helios), both as an organizer and as a host, the joint work recently focused on expanding and specializing the label and podcast series.
The philosophy of Serotonin Music is to offer visitors and listeners alike an intensive experience: every release is an invitation to explore new musical horizons and celebrate the diversity of electronic music together with like-minded people.
