Babelshack is an authentic progression from the post-punk, hard-edged 90s. Each member has a degree in music and unique impact on the overall sound—something the Albuquerque Weekly Alibi refers to as “side trails of new musical territory.” Influences from reggae, to punk, to jazz, to hard-rock weave cohesively into a visceral soundtrack.
