Started DJing in the Early 90s after some friends started The Unity Sound System partys at Moota near Cockermouth in Cumbria playing Upfront House and Techno. Then i went on to become one of the resident DJs with Unity until 1997, after which i went on to play at various local events in Cumbria with several friends playing a mixture of Proggressive House, Trance and Bangin' Techno. I started to explore the production side of Electronic music... 
My musical influences are many they range from Early Electro/Hip Hop, House, Trance, Kraftwerk, Pink Floyd, The Jam, Acid House, Indie, Experimental Techno, The Black Dog, Aphex Twin, Andy Dale (Soulmelt) Joey Beltram, Enigma, DJ Skull, Nightmares on Wax, Sabres of Paradise and Two Lone Swordsmen, Lionrock, Orbital, LFO, ORB, Future Sound of London, Underworld and Dave Clarke to name just a few.....

Possibly all the tracks I play and post are the soundtrack from an Iconic nightclub that functioned from 1990 to 1993 and that little club was called Legends in Warrington , north west England . The DJ’s were Mike Woods , Darren Noguerol , Steve Williams and Richard Garvey . Not your normal rave venue , it was quite unique as the BPM started around 90 and built up as the night progressed into some piano stomping tracks , techno , trance , rap and disco . Those that discovered it will tell you how amazing it was , only holding around 1100 ish and getting into the club was quite a challenge as it became more popular, you needed to que earlier in the day to get your raffle ticket and have the Legends membership card which I lost in 1992 because my wallet was stolen from some little tart in Tenerife , as I walked her back to her hotel , all my money gone but more importantly my membership card which for some reason I never got replaced as that was around the time I stopped going as for me the best days of Legends were 1990 and 1991 . So in a nutshell, Legends has a big place in my heart for the music that we got blessed with . It was a special time , it really was . The biscuits  amazing scent of the place , the people , the smiles and at the end of the night , we didn’t want to go home , DJ one more , one more …. 
It was short lived but long lived in memory and I have probably waffled on for too long now , anyway , I hope you like the tracks I’ve chosen and the mixes I’ve created …. 
One Legends and I just wander if there were any other club in the word like it . Woody and Noggy knew what they was doing and are masters and still to this day spin those vinyls . Now then , who’s ready for the next reunion?
