We exist in a fast paced socially connected world where the best option is always available for us. The number one option is something that we all desire for ourselves and it has caused a change in global mood whether it is toward relationships or what I choose to do with my free time. 

	2nd is a reaction. If you are not consuming the best then what do you have?  2 can not exist without one. 2 is a product of what came before it, it contains the original but at a degraded quality, making it its own. Stemming from being the 2nd of four siblings, “2nd” is an exploration of relationships and the egocentric mind through the lens of the simulacrum.
