After years of mainly working on coproductions, Andre Crom started to dive deep into solo studio work in november 2015, and since then has been pretty much obsessed with nothing else. 

These tracks belong to the first results of these endeavours; more will soon follow.

The EP opens with "Jaunde", a detroit-influenced spacy cut, somewhere between techno and house. Building on the foundation of a solid Kick&Sub groove we are welcomed by a deep and hypnotic arp theme, wrapped into warm bass pads and a classic string. A perfect track for the later hours of a set.

"Ritus" is aimed more towards building tension, an energetic syncopated stab lead, demanding claps and a tight groove build towards an epic breakdown, before a warm pads gives resolve.

"Momentum" is clearly the peaktime cut of the package, built around driving percussions and an intense arp lead.

Charlotte De Witte, one of Belgium's most promising newcomers and known from several EP's on Turbo, makes her OFF debut with a remix of Jaunde, taking things into a more linear and darker direction.

Senso’s approach to delivering the finest in pulsating, dancefloor rocking techno continues with the release of the Level 04 EP. Featuring four killer tracks by four different artists, the EP provides
a welcome reminder of the rude health techno finds itself in during 2017/18. 
First up are STAB Virus, the South African duo of Siphe Tebeka and Makonwabe Bekwa, who are making waves internationally with their uncompromising style. Accompanied by Citizen Kain
- the French producer is adding his own signature slant. 'Torium' is a starkly effective slice of streamlined, sharp edged techno. Label favourite Carlo Ruetz carved out a niche for himself with
his ‘twisted technoid minimal’ sound, a philosophy he continues to adhere to here - 'Sky's Black' bubbles with menace and attitude, fizzing over into moments of barely restrained euphoria.
Mr. Bizz - the duo of two Italian brothers Fabrizio and Matteo Floris - maintain the quality with their cut 'Algarve' - a muscular techno outing with a narcotic, wonky edge. Another regular on the label - the UK’s dubspeeka brings his own flavour to proceedings - 'Aakash' is a superbly crafted burner - a pulsating rhythm track punctuated by abstracted melodic hits.

Putting on one's dancing shoes seems like an understatement when talking about DJ Lion's new "Mightery EP" on Harthouse. Instead you will be better off with bringing your dancing boots since this EP promises some heavy vibes. Former SAE student and label owner DJ Lion has yet again created a flawless EP that caught our attention immediately.
'Mightery', an energy bursting techno banger with stunning melodic synth parts is such a smart and mind- blowing sure shot on the international dancefloors that we can't do more than recommend you to give this pearl a listen yourselves.
'Minimum Maximum' comes around with a massively rumbling bassline. It's even darker than the a-side and surprises with slick and heavy synth cutscenes that will cause glowing faces among the crowds.
Last but not least DJ Lion rounds off his new EP with '1234554321'. And no, it's not his phone number (believe us we tried) but a stomping cracker that rules the floor with its jaw-dropping self-confidence and dynamic.

Bonjour, Hola, Zdravstvuyte. Nǐn hǎo, Salve, Guten Tag, Konnichiwa… Wherever you 'Hale' from, this outstanding slice of techno from Japanese kindred spirits Sudo and Hito is something you're going to want to say hello to.

Sudo's return to Nicole Moudaber's MOOD since last summer's thumping 'Abstract' EP, 'Hale' sees him rolling in esteemed company as good friend and Richie Hawtin's Enter resident and MoodRAW regular, Hito, joins the fray. And what a fray it is… Tailored for the silly season ahead, 'Hale' is a super-charged roller laced with a rainbow of salutations and powerful harmonics that loop and twist in a similar immersive and addictive fashion to Underworld's gamechanging anthem 'Rez'. The producer and DJ brought together both of their creative talents and 'Hale' features the voices of various friends from all over the world celebrating the Japanese spirit for global diversity.

Remix-wise we remain in the land of the rising sun as Japanese techno OG Ken Ishii lays down two superb versions; one that makes amazing creative use of the global 'hello' montage in a real fun and funky way, and one that strips things back to the bare rhythmic bone. Finally we head to Montreal as Johnny Trika follows up his recent appearance on Hito's 'Deeperfect' collection with a much darker, pranged out twist where the bassline spirals into the ground and the vocal textures aren't all that they seem.
