Weathrman is a collective of experienced producers keenly aware of the logic and soul of great music. While Weathrman has worked with numerous artists and tout individual resumes with Grammy-winning acclaim, their most important credential is a commitment to process.

Process means endeavoring to find a distinct sound for every artist developed from strong relationships between every collaborator. Process means relying less on genre-bound assembly-line churn and creating music that can be classified by the texture and feel. Process means preserving the identity of each artist by valuing the humanity of their music. 

Process is elusive, it’s ambitious, but Weathrman won’t settle for anything less.

24 and learning daily, by God's grace, to live in light of a Gospel (good news) that's outside of and contrary to what I see around me in the world. These are my thoughts, struggles, restating truths, I encounter on a daily basis, trying to follow Jesus Christ. Writing has become a way of establishing a stronger foundation of theology and way to communicate God's redemptive plan and love, in the face of Jesus Christ. Hope this encourages brothers and sisters, alike and challenges all to think about who God has revealed himself to be in scripture.

Tee-Wyla (bka Joshua Toala), has composed numerous works for tv, and commercials, many of which have been found on prime time programs for networks such as NBC, CBS, ABC, ESPN, VH1, BET, MTV, Radio 1 programming, and other major cable networks. Since 2002, Joshua has regularly accepted commissions for and scored music for independent film, and production companies, landing him frequent submissions for sitcoms, and database work with creative services for the likes of Viacom. While he has never formally studied music composition, he credits his curiosity and for all music and his love for God as being pivotal to his success as a composer and music producer. His most Notable works include music appearing throughout the NBA Finals, The 2016 Olympics, UEFA CUP, World Cup, and several BET Award shows throughout the years. 

In addition to his successful licensing career, Joshua spends his time working as a hip hop producer / instrumentalist under the name Tee Wyla, releasing several instrumental projects, and producing for Malice (co-founder of The Clipse), Bob James, Lecrae, Datin, Christon Gray,  Leela James, and more. While his musical influences are deeply rooted in electronic music, Wyla utilizes non-traditional techniques and processes to compose works that don’t squarely align with any single genre or style, creating hybrid sounds incorporating, hip hop, rock, folk, and technology.
