NN’s Cinematic Industrial Techno project started 4 years ago in Paris. 
The goal of the project is to experiment the association of the different atmosphere of many genre of electronic music such as Techno, Noise, Drum&Bass, Industrial, EBM....

Blending them to create a story line equivalent to a screenplay. 
From shamanic atmosphere to futuristic grooves his productions will try to take you on an occult odyssey. 
After hiding in the shadows for few years, he just released two EP on Wrongnotes, remixed by Anthro, UVB and Znzl and on Demian Records. 
Both supported by many artists: Ancient Methods,I Hate Models ,Paula Temple, Perc, SPFDJ.. just to name a few.

Pretty much every song I play, since I'm not producing aha. But if I had to choose, I'd say any track from Subway Shamans !

It's hard to only pick-up 3, but here are a few that come to my mind :
Tadan and his label Area 127 / Ezy and the whole scandinavian scene / the Czech artist TMH and his hybrid kind of tribe

I am based in Berlin and born in Hamburg, where the experimental music scene shaped my perspective on sound. Also the classical background in piano put the focus in early age on selecting and playing music.
My emotional Techno journeys are seeking high energy levels in a playful way, with twists of Trance, Gabber and beyond. I feel most comfortable outside of the comfort zone!


 • What are your artistic influences apart from electronic music ? 
I am deeply rooted in the experimental/noise scene and also enjoy post punk, dark wave, old japanese pop, hardcore punk and ambient black metal. I also feel influenced by art in general and love to visit exhibitions and museums.

Jean-Baptiste, I'm French and I currently live in Lyon, where I'm known as a resident artist of the 23:59 collective. I've already had a long musical background, having started djing when I was quite young and then interested in producing a bit later. I've explored a bit of everything to do with electronic music and I'm still very passionate about sound and its aesthetics.

• What are your artistic influences apart from electronic music ?
I love cinema music, especially films from the 70s and 80s, and science fiction like John Carpenter's soundtracks. On a different note, I'm a big fan of ambient and downtempo albums from the 90s, I listen to them all day long.

• What track would you have liked to produce ?
It would be an imaginary track with a timeless anthem like Born Slippy (Underworld), a perfect techno groove like The Bells (Jeff Mills) and beautiful pads like those of Caterina Barbieri. It would make a great mix.

I'm a Techno DJ & producer but I started making music as a teenager playing guitar and writing songs in a Krautrock band. I also went to art-school in Unsseldor where I studied photography and painting before finally moving to Berlin.

• What are your artistic influences apart from electronic music ? 
I think a lot of what I learned at the art academy continues to inspire me indirectly, but most of the time I find that I'm most inspired after going to new places and meeting new people or even by major life events.

I’m a French-born, Berlin-based producer and dj, where the clubs and creative energy of the European music scene have hugely shaped and influenced my sound. These days I tend to be drawn to the deeper, darker and trippier part of the techno spectrum. 

 • What are your artistic influences apart from electronic music ? 
I listen to a a very wide range of music, but I would say being classically trained has had a huge impact on the way I approach music, while also listening to a lot of early 2000’s US rap and Hip-Hop. 

 • What track would you have liked to produce ?

• What are your artistic influences apart from electronic music ?
My influences are Drone, Dark Ambient, Post punk and Black Metal music, especially with bands like Amenra

• What track would you have liked to produce ?
I would have dreamed of producing Knight and Bishop by Ancient Methods or Enter Paradise by Vatican Shadow

Rill founder of the Syntop crew in Berlin, Ruman who made a very nice EP on Warmup recordings and Cirkle

• What are your wishes for the future ?
Releasing beautiful tracks like my new DA, which incorporates all my influences and of course the goal of my life is to one day touch the decks of Berghain.

What's in a name? Well, when you decide to call yourself Acid Bitchez, quite a lot. Harking back to a simpler time, when Chicago ruled the roost, the freshly formed duo of Juha Johnny (who eagle eared readers may remember as as one of the black-tie wearing 303-knob twiddlers in Jori Hulkkonen's Acid Symphony Orchestra) and "lyrical miracle" Jessika have made the most auspicious of debuts, landing on Tiga's Turbo imprint to take us on an acid trip of epic proportions.

Titled 'Thinking About Acid' (we're starting to notice a theme here...) their debut record has seen the label draft in fellow acid enthusiasts - the music not the drug - on remix duties with Jori Hulkkonen, General Ludd, Zia and Joeski all brought in to reshape the cut in their own image. Our pick of the bunch? Well that'd have to be Finnish super-producer Jori Hulkkonen's 303 drenched rework which we have the pleasure of unveiling today.
