This song was particularly about questioning myself why I even write down my thoughts or feelings and if it actually helps me or not,  I delve into my own self-sabotaging tendencies and draw a grey conclusion to my question that it helps me understand myself to write out my problems, but at the cost of emotionally hurting myself more by confronting my issues. All in all I believe it is beneficial in the long run as it has made me more resilient and aware of my downfalls/weaknesses, and in posting this song I hope to help other people who feel or think the same way I do, who haven't been able to articulate or find the right words to say.
