Eigentlich war Kork schon immer ein Musiker. 
Im zarten Alter von 8 hielt er zum ersten Mal eine Violine in der Hand. 
Dieses wunderschöne Instrument sollte für 10 Jahre sein ständiger Begleiter sein. Unermüdlich wurden die Seiten gestrichen bis aus dem Katzengejaul ein ertragbarer Ton und später ein dem Ohr umschmeichelnder Ton erzeugt werden konnte.

Im Jugendlichen Alter kam dann die zweite große Liebe, die elektronische Tanzmusik dazu. Seine ersten Erfahrungen als DJ auf Geburtstagen fesselten ihn. Die Möglichkeit ein entscheidender Teil einer Party zu sein und die Stimmung von Menschen wandeln zu können ohne mit ihnen über Worte zu kommunizieren waren berauschend. Der Entschluss war gefasst, diese Leidenschaft würde die jugendliche Orientierungsphase überdauern und ein fester Bestandteil des „Ichs“ werden.

Nachdem er zunächst Progressive House gespielt hat, ließ er sich durch Konzertbesuche bei Fritz und Paul Kalkbrenner, Jan Blomqvist oder Boss Axis zum Deep House hinreißen. Jetzt wurde es Zeit dem Ganzen auch einen ordentlichen Namen zu geben und „Kork“ wurde ins Leben gerufen.
Es dauerte nicht lange, da wurde die elektronische Welt auch schon das erste Mal aufmerksam auf Kork. 
Mit seiner Premierenshow bei Soundwaveradio FM / London hat er direkt den bisherigen Zuhörerrekord des Senders überboten und 16000 Ohren erreicht. Seine Show „Travelling Abroad“ gehört mittlerweile zum festen Bestandteil des Senders.

Während seiner Show die zeitweise in über 50 Länder gleichzeitig gehört wird, wird auch musikalisch nicht auf Grenzen geachtet. 
Von Deep House über tech house bis hin zum harten Techno wird alles gespielt was frisch ist und vorantreibt. Natürlich schimmert auch immer wieder seine musikalische Anfangszeit mit dem geliebten Streichinstrument durch und verspielte melodische Einlagen finden ihren Platz in den harmonischen Sets.

2016 hat er den nächsten Schritt gewagt und ist dem jungen DJ- und Künstlerkollektiv „Deep Stories“ beigetreten, um seinen eigenen Weg nicht auf ausgetretenen Wegen gehen zu müssen. 
Man darf gespannt sein, was noch alles Geschehen wird.

Hello Aliens. We are back with a new episode, the first of the year. This month we have our producer Thomas Klipps. After his high placement in the Beatport Top 100 Minimal Releases (15th position) with his ep Can't Go, we want to show you him in the mix, pure deep, groovy and dark sound. Enjoy


Bio
Thomas Klipps get inspired from electronic music since the early age. 
Despite the digital era, he likes he loves update his live set with the warm sound of a vinyl. His  style is a mixture of old skool minimal and and techno. After some bookings in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, he became a resident at the DMD-Festival. In  2017 he moved to Freiburg  and entered the local scene where he played for example at Drifter's Kultklub or Hans-Bunte-Areal (selected by the Faze Mag top 10 Clubs). However djing wasn`t enought for him and he started producing own tracks. In september 2018 he published his debut release on Heimatliebe Rec. This was followed by his second release, on Music4Aliens, reaching the position n. 15 in Minimal/ Deep Tech Album Releases.

Amselcom’s Never Grow Old - Mixed By Sun Drine

Patrick Jauernig aka Hochweiss is a DJ/Producer from the beautiful city Vienna (Austria). 
He´s 29 years young and found his genre in electronic music, dark flowing minimal techno.
At the age of 17 Patrick felt in love with electronic music an started to visit clubs and festivals. Following his idols Richie Hawtin, Dubfire, Freddy Hetzinger, Gruener Starr, Eric Schaich, Massaar, Ode Maen and many other djs, Hochweiss took place behind the decks very soon. 
After 6 years (of massive ravein ;)), at the age of 23, Patrick started mixing his personal favourite kind of techno and it didn´t took a long time till his first set was recorded and online. 
Since then, Hochweiss´s mixes are listend internationally and through that, he attracted attention from the german record label “Moin Moin Records Label" which invited him to join the crew. 
Lately, Patrick startet producing his own music so make sure to be curious about his upcoming stuff!

HEERHORST is the new alias of Bastian Heerhorst.
Born and based in Hamburg, Germany, Bastian started making music in 1995 with the Amiga Pro Tracker.
Under his alias „Fukkk Offf“, Bastian toured the World for more than ten years. As a well known producer, whose tracks got played by artists like Moby, he remixed Rammstein, Icona Pop, Jan Delay, T. Raumschmiere, Oliver Huntemann and many more.
In 2017 Bastian began to explore new soundscapes in the Techno genre under the hat of his own name. His music is a blend of styles and influences which span across genres from pure Techno to Melodic to Industrial darkness.
He devoloped his own, unique style and performs his productions as a live act or as a DJ.
With plenty of releases on major labels of the scene like Octopus, Stil vor Talent, Tro- nic, Set About, Beatfreak, Pursuit, Tiefblau and Riot, within only the first year, soon the name recognition spread like wild fire with active support by World renowned artists such as Wehbba, Julian Jeweil, Ramon Tapia or Mario Ochoa.
With collaborations and remixes including Teenage Mutants, Citizen Kain, Andre Win- ter, Maksim Dark, Modeplex, I Am Bam and many others HEERHORST quickly became recognized by many and is ready for next chapter.

Considering his German-Polish-Spanish roots and the vast bandwidth of genres he's been releasing as a producer and performing as a DJ and live act (@alic) since 2001, there's only one label that fits his highly dynamic style: Chameleon Techno. Just like that animal, Adamson adapts to the different vibes of a dancefloor and the ever evolving environment of today’s music landscape – and just like that animal he’s pretty funky and alien. Running a label since 2007 (@digital-diamonds-netlabel), Adamson is tirelessly digging the underground for fresh talents and new trends. In other words, he’s always good for a musical surprise and an unexpected twist.

Mod21 is the project of Manuele Chiaravalloti, an italian electronic music producer and experimental sound artist. Born in Satriano, Italy, his musical journey began in 2007 when he moved to Switzerland. Here, after 7 years of musical research, produces his first two works released on the Munich based label Prologue. His music emerges from a deep and rich imagination which flows into sounds dark and slippery that seem to be born in the bowels of a parallel world to ours. Browsing increasingly abstract concepts of sound, carefully processed , the result is a particular footprint easily recognizable.

Naked Lunch PODCAST #300 - A.PAUL

Die 26-jährige aufstrebende DJane aus Bayern hat 2006 die Liebe zur elektronischen Musik entdeckt.
Mittlerweile ist sie aber wegen ihrer größten Leidenschaft nach Berlin gezogen um sich, gerade was das Produzieren ihrer eigenen Tracks angeht, weiterzuentwickeln.
Für die ersten Auflegeversuche musste der Partykeller herhalten, aber dann ging es ganz schnell und der erste Auftritt bei „Gute Laune“ im Ampere in München stand auf dem Plan. 
Daraufhin folgten viele weitere Gigs im Ampere und in namenhaften Clubs wie zum Beispiel Harry Klein, Rote Sonne in München, das Kesselhaus in Augsburg, das Lehmann in Stuttgart und ein paar internationale Auftritte.
Ihre Sets sind stets geprägt von ihrer Offenheit gegenüber verschiedenster elektronischer Genres von Deep- und Tech-House über treibenden Techno.

(Story continued from Witchtape #41)
On a cold and sunny winter day, the magic forest woke up under an immaculately white snow carpet, which seemed to wake up all the forest dwellers from their winter slumber, and this included the witch herself. And just on that beautiful day, her wizard finally returned to the forest after an epic 8-month pilgrimage to the lands of his ancestors in Africa. Like most witches and wizards, they have a peculiar way of greeting, and instead of hugging and kissing each other straight away, they started a game of hide-and-seek in the snow-covered woods, which lasted for hours, with the giant venerable wizard not standing a chance to come anywhere near the nimble young witch. After a few hours, the girl decided that the teasing had lasted long enough and finally they were united, exchanging the most tender kiss the forest had ever seen. It was a breathtaking sight with the little witch in her immaculately white dress being united with the giant wizard, whose black clothes blended well with his pitch-dark skin, which had even become a few shades darker by the African sun. After a few minutes, they started to move slowly, while still hugging each other tenderly. It was the start of an elegant dance, with the wizard taking the lead while the black-and-white couple danced through the forest. The animals (who were watching this spectacle from a safe distance) had never seen the witch in such a sweet and docile mood, while she surrendered completely to the charismatic wizard. Meanwhile, the dance became faster and faster, and the couple was whirling around the trees, their bodies dissolving into a black-and-white blur. They were spinning so fast that it looked a bit like a dervish dance, while the couple stayed glued together and the long brown hair of the witch swirling around into all kinds of directions. A few minutes later, they were spinning so fast that they generated a snow tornado, and finally the only thing the spectators could see, was a whirlwind racing through the forest, while a strong wind started to blow through the woods, making all the animals and birds scramble for cover. And just when the tornado had grown into a deafening roar, it stalled in the middle of a clearing. The roar subsided and the snow tornado dissolved into a million snowflakes, which gently hit the ground. Finally, through the snow, the black and white colors of wizz and witch became visible again. All of a sudden the spectators realized that the couple had lost their clothes somewhere in the process and were buried waist-deep in the snow carpet, completely frozen in a close and tender black-and-white embrace, fused into one motionless living statue… The animals had never seen anything like this and held their breath…

Seit 2013 ist Jojo Feiert, auch bekannt als Joëlle B., eine begeisterte Freundin der elektronischen Tanzmusik Techno. Im Sommer 2015 reichte ihr das bloße zuhören nicht mehr aus und sie fand sehr schnell Gefallen daran selbst am Pult zu stehen, verschiedenste Tracks miteinander zu mischen und zu kombinieren. 

Im Tryptichon Münster spielte sie im Frühjahr 2018 zum ersten Mal vor größerem Publikum auf der Generations Of Techno Part 3. 

Ihren ersten Podcast nahm sie im Februar 2019 für das Medienunternehmen "Set of the Day" auf.
