Wie eine FataMorgana erscheint der heutig Podcast vom jungem Künstler Vincent Gericke aus Düsseldorf. Vor ca. 5 Jahren hat Vincent angefangen an seinen ersten Sets zu basteln. Durch sein Studium hatte er aber dann erst mal wieder wenig Zeit zum Musik machen, erst nach seinem Umzug nach Russland 2016 hat er wieder richtig Zeit sich in die Musik zu vertiefen. Das war auch in etwa der Zeitpunkt wo ich über sein erstes Set gestolpert bin „Today's Tale｜Parallels“. Er ist ein wahrer Meister in der Disziplin Storytelling. Jedes Set ist für sich ein kleiner musikalischer Roman mit Höhen und Tiefen. 

Auch seine ersten eigenen Produktionen lassen noch viel erwarten in den nächsten Jahren. Nach seinen diversen Remixen und Edits unter anderem sei hier „Madre Selva“ erwähnt, hat er nun auch seine erste EP „Lucid Dreams“ bei den Schweizern Wildfang Music veröffentlicht … ein ziemlicher Knaller ;-)

Vincent viele lieben Dank für diese wunderbare Geschichte in Musik. Und meinen Hörern wünsch ich wie immer eine wunderbare musikalische Reise und genießt den Sommer.

What a morning. What a crowd. What a trip.

I was supposed to play the closing at Dampfer this sunday morning from 6:00am to 10:00am. Around 9:00am i started to get in the closing mood. At 09:30 i was asked to go on for one hour more. I said yes.
So i tried to keep the warm feeling. After another hour i was asked again to go on for one hour more. I said yes. Of course. :)
This maybe explains to the ones that unfortunately could not be there the last 2hours. Just for your information.
Big Love and Thanks to the amazing crow that stays with me till the end of this amazing 6h trip although the sun was shinig outside. <3

With eight years of DJ-experience his musical diversity, technical flawlessness and personalized track-selection is what makes him compliment the dance floor. Signed on the Tehran based record label Shibiza Recordings. 
He has shown his knowledge, and been granted the trust, by playing at several Oslo venues such as The Villa, Jaeger and Blå.  Shahab also excelled in 2017 as one of the finalists in the Norwegian finals of Burn Residency. Last year Shahab had his first experience at ADE playing at 50:Hertz. Proper genuine club music will hit you when Shahab’s ever-restless span of house and techno is delivered.

Joseph Disco’s early education in beat science came as a resident DJ in Cologne’s legendary club Playground, where his regular opportunities to manipulate the dancefloor like a puppeteer quickly drew him into the sphere of music production. Shortly after returning to his native Munich in 2005, he released his first project on the label: Great Stuff Recordings, and later on labels like Stil vor Talent and Platform B, both as an solo artist and with different projects. With his name established amongst electronic aficionados, Joseph has gone on to entrench himself on the scene as a steadfast proliferator of high-quality works. Sporting an ever-growing cadre of solo releases and remix work on a multitude of labels, Joseph Disco has only given a tantalizing taste of his true potential.

He has played countless gigs in and out of Germany on clubs like: KaterBlau ,Sisyphos, Wilde Renate, Rummelsbucht, Südpol, Club Charlotte and Hive in Zurich.
He has played Rave on Snow and the Berlin Loveparade,MoynMoyn Festival , Klangtherapy Festival, Off the Radar , Grüne Sonne and many more.
