The second Track "Now listen I say" is more a mixture of minimal and techno elements, with some nice adlib synths. The remix, for the Track "Organic" , comes from Madtales (Some more records, Jannowitz). They gave the Track a nice strong and driven flow , definitely a peak-time sound. Johannes Wockenfuß is Bock & Fuchs.
The Berlin Kreuzberg based artist was a drummer in bands for a big part of his life and also wrote music back then.
Some years ago he started his electronic project Bock & Fuchs and has been very successful with it since, especially with his track "Absorbers".
The name for his debut EP on our label draws from the hard hitting reality Mondays can have for party people and performers.

On the remix side we have a lovely remix by Schlepp Geist of "Beteigeuze". The remix very nicely describes the feeling of zero gravity in an epic format with a cool breakdown. Schlepp
Geist is known for his releases on Katermukke, Brise and many others.

The second release on Mirror Records shows perfectly that to find talent you don't have to be looking far away. Sometimes the best is just around the corner waiting to be discovered - like Monsieur Pluspetit! We are more than happy to welcome this talented artist from our hometown to the family. For his Waking Dream EP he produced three Original tracks. The first one, Never Tired, was made in a collaboration with the street artist Nanou and consists of a dreamy build up, driving high hats and beautiful vocals parts. The title track Waking Dream is also quite dreamy but with more drive and groove. Creating a catchy vibe and instant goosebumps! The last original Track however futures a hypnotiyque melody and is pretty straight forward - completing the EP with a true dance floor monster. To finish off the EP we found two very unique remixers to work on Waking Dream. First of all we have Haze-M, who put the track in a spacey direction and turned the melody around to create a very exciting remix and on the other hand we have Shosho who created a more minimalistic and playful version of the track. It's a pleasure to have both of them on the imprint!

With two acts from America and two from Germany, this new edition of the compilation bridges the Atlantic divide with four excellent new tracks and two Yoshitoshi debuts. Although clubs are closed, virtual parties and live streams have taken over the industry and new music is as important as ever, and we know these new tunes will find a happy home in your set, even if you’re playing from home.

Los Angeles native Rinzen starts things off with exactly the type of intricate melodic techno the producer is known for; big, pounding drums and fluttering synth riffs that intertwine throughout the arrangement create an intense sonic journey. Next up we have Rachel Raw and BOHO, the dynamic duo from Cologne, who made their massive debut on Yoshitoshi a few months ago with the Happening EP. “McQueen” is a dark and hypnotic roller that we could just love to hear in the club right about now. Berliner MUUI make his Yoshitoshi debut with “Panoptic Phase,” showcasing his brand of cerebral house music with swirling, arpeggiated synths and spacious pads. This one is perfect for the late hours of the night. Finally, Bostonians Warung round things out with “Memora,” an excellent addition to the package that shows why the young duo has already caught the ear of tastemakers like John Digweed and Waze & Odyssey. It’s deep and melodic house at its finest.
