'The mix moves through a tapestry of shades and moods - it is an extension of what I consider as ‘soul music’. Colombia's finest purveyor of all things jazzy and musical, Felipe Gordon is back on Local Talk. 
The Semi Modular Bird Of Jazz (Ft Paula Pera) is the first single and also taken from a forthcoming album "Live Session" out on Local Talk soon.    

Together with his 8-piece band Felipe has recorded a ”Live Session” of his most loved tracks and it shows how live played jazz, funk and fusion work so well when Felipe is in charge.

Building on a wave of recent support from tastemakers like Jamie Jones, Jess Bays, MEDUZA, and more, Morello doubles down on his signature edgy, percussive house sound here as he makes his sophomore appearance on the burgeoning imprint.

‘I Ain’t Gonna Hurry’ is masterfully stripped-back, bottom-heavy house music. Soulful vox samples sit atop heavy-duty percussion and booming bass to create an irresistible, minimal-leaning groove with serious underground appeal.

Seven Davis Jr. is a singer, songwriter, producer and DJ. Known for releasing various genres of music fusing Dance, Trip Hop, Funk and Soul. 

Referred to as “Sev” by his fans and followers. He is a rogue creative, working with a diverse range of artists (like John Cale, Honey Dijon most recently) behind the scenes in between his own projects. 

He released “Stranger Than Fiction”, his most successful album to date on his own label Secret Angels. Which won the German Record Critics Award for Best New Releases of 2024. His 2025 alias downtempo album titled Mean Bacharach "Sacrifice", was highly rated by Pitchfork. 

He released “Is This The Apocalypse" (EP) on Valentine’s Day 2025. An interlude to his new album titled the “Don’t Crash Out Challenge” out now on all platforms and vinyl.
