This remix of the just released album Dive by Feiertag, is something very special indeed - a hazy, unpretentious future club classic taking its influences from both sides of the Atlantic.

This new project sees the producer return to something like his musical origins, diving deeper into the use of synths and embracing more offbeat melodies. How U Do It has its roots firmly planted in Detroit of course, but as well as its motor city connections there’s also a flavor of the UK scene in its DNA - something that Feiertag 
returns to time and again. British labels like Bradley Zero’s Rhythm Section and rising stars such as WheelUP are important touchstones for Joris’ sound, and here their broken beat (or “bruk”) legacy is felt alongside the US house feel and the moody, challenging vocals that run throughout.

Feiertag’s love for Oliver Dollar’s modern classic Doin Ya Thing is well documented, and in addition, the man himself has stepped up with a stunning remix. Ready for the next Soul Skate party...

Danish house producer (or maybe rather explorer?) Paxton Fettel kindly submits the 5th mix for our series. With carefully chosen tracks from friends, those he admire and of course his upcoming 12" on Greta Cottage Workshop this mix is really a deep journey into house and its neighboring genres. Enjoy.

On the A side, with its uplifting funk vocal and dancehall horns, Pressure builds over a few minutes before dropping into a classic Audiojack bassline. A dancefloor favourite with support from DJs including Jamie Jones, Archie Hamilton, Nicole Moudaber, Groove Armada, Prok & Fitch, and Danny Howard. On the B side is Gravity, inspired by the US house vibes that proliferated the dancefloors of New York and Miami in the 90s, with support from DJs including Sasha, Format B and Gorge.

DJ SNEAK on Toy Tonics! Yes. It’s happening. 
Another US legend joins the German house label. After Kai Alcé (EP on Toy Tonics in September 2023) and Joe Claussell who did an amazing remix for the label some time ago, now it’s DJ Sneak. 
It makes sense, as Toy Tonics stands for that funky mix of three main influences: original American soul-based house music, the italo disco heritage and the more London or Paris 1990ies wildstyle house sound. DJ Sneak reached out to the label last year, giving his props and showing love for many of Toy Tonics releases, and the guys immediately invited him to join the label with an EP as it's also his sound that is getting so popular again with the younger dance generation. So here it is: 6 tracks (4 on the vinyl) that remind the classic, bumping DJ Sneak sound. Full of energy and emotion. Perfect for the dance floors of today and great to introduce the maestro to the kids who love house now but have never heard about the grandmasters.

 Harry Romero releases the ‘Beautiful Jazz’ EP on his own label Bambossa Records from fellow New York artist Robb Swinga. A humble house music legend, Romero cut his teeth during the heyday of New York’s vibrant scene and has continually proven to be one of the finest advocates of proper house music ever since. With his 
2020 summer crossover collaboration with Wiess ‘Where Do We Go?’ on Island Records picking up countless UK radio plays on key stations such as Radio 1 & Kiss FM, last year also saw Harry also have a string of high profile remixes for Classic, Positiva, Pets, Dopewax and Dirtybird. And 2021 getting started with release on Crosstown Rebels and a remix for Defected kicking off the year. 

 Harry also has a passion for championing new music on his own imprint Bambossa, next up a two track EP from Robb Swinga titled ‘Beautiful Jazz’. A funk dancing junction of house and jazz that playfully entices a soulful exploration into world music. The stand-out title track “Beautiful Jazz’ is a ​signature New York classic 
house 44 rhythm with a laidback melodic swing. ​Accompanied ​by ​upfront feel-good pumping house tune ‘Mañanita’ which entraps you in with a distinguishable disco influence. Robb Swinga, like Harry, was also introduced into the world of house through the beat of a drum, ​exposed to the Underground scene by none other than DJ Roman Ricardo at the Tunnel. This experience led him on an endeavour to define his sound, starting by working behind the scenes with record labels like Strictly Rhythm, Nervous Records and Henry Street Music, saving his last dollars to buy records whilst he learnt the art of beat-making: dissecting basslines and drum patterns in his art of production.

Seven Davis Jr. is a singer, songwriter, producer and DJ. Known for releasing various genres of music fusing Dance, Trip Hop, Funk and Soul. 

Referred to as “Sev” by his fans and followers. He is a rogue creative, working with a diverse range of artists (like John Cale, Honey Dijon most recently) behind the scenes in between his own projects. 

He released “Stranger Than Fiction”, his most successful album to date on his own label Secret Angels. Which won the German Record Critics Award for Best New Releases of 2024. His 2025 alias downtempo album titled Mean Bacharach "Sacrifice", was highly rated by Pitchfork. 

He released “Is This The Apocalypse" (EP) on Valentine’s Day 2025. An interlude to his new album titled the “Don’t Crash Out Challenge” out now on all platforms and vinyl.
