Immy is a lifelong student of music history with a big passion for the NYC music scenes from 1969-1999 focusing mainly the Disco & House scenes, especially the Loft and the Paradise Garage. She collects and plays everything from ambient, soul, funk, disco & reggae to house, techno, electro, hardcore and progressive trance. A firm believer that the dance floor can be a healing space, she often cuts and throws in acapellas in club sets where she sees fit to emphasize her storytelling.

This mix was recorded live in the SEVEN Secret Garden in Berlin, Germany.

Berlin-based JakoJako has meticulously compiled this new compilation for Air Texture with the aim of spotlighting the deep bonds among hardware-focused producers.
