“The Fragility of Life” was founded in 2018 by myself, Jan Braun. I live in Vienna, Austria and I am 42 years old. My music career began when I was about 3 years old and played on my first xylophone. After that I have changed to flute and violin. Too boring for me, I decided to play piano. Took lessons for just one year and after that I have improvised and learned it by myself. 
I got my first mixing console at the age of about 8 and that was the beginning of my creative time since today. To all the instruments I have played, the Bass guitar joined and soon I was playing in a band. (my career has seen 4 bands). 
I decided not only to play in the bands but also to record our songs without the loss of a lot of money and so I have started to make “homerecordingsessions”. I only got a laptop and the instruments and a small interface but I soon realized the potential - even in such a little amount of equipment. 
About 15 years later, I am the producer of 8 CD´s for “Theater Delphin” (an inegration-theater-project for and with disabled or handicapped people) and the arranger of a lot of Singer-Songwriter-projects and I also create playbacks for coversongs and I even try to produce music for movies (which is still a dream but I guess it could come true one day). 
All this lead me to the point, where I am today: I want to show the world that you can achieve your goal, even with the lack of “super equiment” or even a real recording studio. I decided to make “Postrock” - which is Rock Music with a lot of reverb guitars and deep pads and keys to make you feel relaxed, that meets Chillout - a perfect combination for me that I started to love back when I was young, so I've decided to combine both styles.
