This is my very first official release. My newest Uplifting Trance track called 'Mehtap' (Turkish, meaning moonlight. Named after my wife).

The track is inspired from Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata. I came up with this idea around 15 years ago and finally got around to finishing it. It is a lot different from my usual Hardstyle & Hard Dance tracks, but Trance is my true passion, so you can expect a lot more from me in the near future.

I have gone for a more traditional/classic Uplifting Trance sound as this is when I fell in love with the genre. But I feel I have thrown some modern sounds into the mix to keep it relevant, and with the second climax with a different melodic feel, I have turned this track into a Progressive style also!

This song will become part of a 5 track series telling the entire storyline from beginning to end. I have decided this one will be part 3. So soon I will be working on prequels and sequels to this track.

Being a part of the Harder Styles scene, I found it worthwhile to have a track I could play for everyone to enjoy. Hardforze has done a fantastic remix of this which suits the Harder Styles perfectly.

Bringing a harder, more energetic feel to the original track, this is sure to get you pumping hard on the dance floor. The response already has been very positive.

This is just a preview. To prevent ripping I have altered the volume in this track. Most of my stuff I give away for free, and I put a lot of hard work into these productions. It takes me months just to finish one track. So please purchase the track instead of ripping it and help support lesser known producers such as myself. Thank you.

DJ/Producer that specialises in several Dance styles, not just one. I will bring to the public new Trance, Hardstyle, Hard Dance, and Old School tracks all on one album.

Biography:
Born and raised in Sydney, Australia, I have had a vision to be a Dance Producer for over 15 years. The name Sexy Simo originated from High School, where Simo is short for my surname. The name has stuck ever since.

During my school years, I learned to play the piano, which has helped me write my own music also. I have always played around with new melodies to try and produce my own song. Later on, I obtained my first synthesiser, a Roland JX-305 Groove Synth which set my production on track.

I had basically been producing amateur tracks until recently, where I have purchased the software to start making professionally sounding tracks.

Growing up, my biggest inspiration would have been Sash! I honestly think he was a genius in producing Euro style sounds and really got me into Dance music in general.

I am a huge fan of trance music, particularly Epic/Uplifting Trance. I am also very fond of the older styles of Dance and Club anthems. I am slightly disappointed in the newer styles of House and some Trance songs, but I am still focusing on producing tracks like this.

Also, within the last few years I have gotten myself into Hardstyle, following producers such as Headhunterz, D-Block & S-te-fan, Noisecontrollers, Zatox, Toneshifterz and many more. I think it is a unique style of Dance music, and I have started producing my own hardstyle tracks, and hopefully soon I will be producing some Hard Trance and Hard House tracks also.

It is my vision to be a Dance producer who specialises in all styles of Dance music, making my music more appealing to a broader range of the population. My first project has been the soundtrack I made to the independent movie 'Charity Hurts'. This is only the beginning. I am now currently working on many new tracks. Look out for more big things coming from Sexy Simo!
